Clean A Dirty Concrete Floor
By onthehouse on March 5, 2014
I need to know what the best product is to clean a garage floor.
The “off the shelf” item that we use is Pour and Restore. You pour it on wet and when it dries you sweep it up. However, Pour and Restore doesn’t always work. There are times when the stains simply won’t budge. As a second line of defense we go to the pool supply store and pick up a gallon of muriatic acid. We pour a quart of the acid into two gallons of water and pour it on the stain. We warn you. Muriatic acid is mean stuff with vapors that will toast your lungs. Use gloves, eye protection and a breathing mask when using and strong chemical.
